SECTION 122 NOTICE

In accordance with Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and Section 3.83
(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that on 24 February 2020,
the Company received formal notification from Steyn Capital Management (Pty) Ltd that it had
acquired ordinary shares of Sun International for and on behalf of its clients.

Accordingly and following the notice, which was dated 19 February 2020, Steyn Capital
Management (Pty) Ltd now holds 5.44% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
