TIGER BRANDS REPORTING PUBLICATIONS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
30 SEPTEMBER 2019 AND DETAILS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Annual financial statements
The Company’s annual financial statements for the year ended
30 September 2019, prepared in accordance with International
Financial Reporting Standards, have been published on the
Company’s website at https://www.tigerbrands-online.co.za/reports/ir-2019/index.html.

The audited consolidated financial statements contain no
modification from the preliminary audited consolidated
results published on SENS on Friday, 22 November 2019 and
therefore no abridged report will be published. The audited
consolidated financial statements were audited by Ernst &
Young Inc., and their audit report is available for
inspection at the Company´s registered office.

Integrated annual report
The Company’s integrated annual report has been distributed
to those shareholders who have requested to receive a copy
and published on the Company’s website here: https://www.tigerbrands-
online.co.za/reports/ir-2019/index.html.

Sustainable development report
The Company’s sustainable development report setting out
additional information on Tiger Brands’ environmental, social
and governance matters has been published on the Company’s

Register of application of the King IV principles
The register dealing with the Company’s application of the
relevant recommendations of the principles of the King IV
Report on Corporate Governance for South Africa, for the year
ended 30 September 2019 is available on the Company’s website

Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Tiger Brands
will be held on Tuesday, 18 February 2020 at 14:00, at 3010
William Nicol Drive, Bryanston, Johannesburg, South Africa,
to conduct the business stated in the notice of annual
general meeting.
The notice of annual general meeting, incorporating the
audited condensed consolidated group results for the
financial year ended 30 September 2019, has also been
distributed to shareholders and published on the Company’s
website.

The board of directors has determined that the record date by
when a person must be recorded as a shareholder in the
securities register of the Company, in order to receive the
notice of annual general meeting, is Friday, 6 December 2019.
The record date in order to be recorded as a shareholder in
the securities register of the Company and to attend,
participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
7 February 2020. The last date to trade in order to be
recorded in the securities register of the Company as a
shareholder on the aforementioned record date is Tuesday, 4
February 2020.
