INTEREST RATE RESET – RDFC48


Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 4 December 2019 is 6.808% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 4 March 2020 (Following*), for the period
4 December 2019 to 3 March 2020, will be calculated based on a rate of 7.808% p.a. (100 bps over
JIBAR).

* When the interest payment date falls on a non-business day, such interest payment will be paid on
the first business day after the weekend or public holiday.

Next reset date: 4 March 2020.
