In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph
3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Unicorn shareholders are advised that the
Company has received notification from Allan Gray Proprietary Limited on behalf of its underlying clients
that it has disposed of its entire beneficial interest in Unicorn’s securities.
