TRADING STATEMENT


Shareholders are advised that it is reasonably certain that, for the interim period ended
30 September 2019:

   -   the headline earnings per share is expected to be between 100 and 120 cents
       per share, representing a decrease of between 28.8% and 40.7% as compared
       to the headline earnings of 168.5 cents per share reported for the interim period
       ended 30 September 2018, and

   -   the losses per share are expected to be between -75 and -95 cents per share,
       representing a decrease of between 144.5% and 156.4% as compared to the
       earnings of 168.4 cents per share reported for the interim period ended
       30 September 2018. This is the result of the loss on deemed disposal of Classic
       FM South Africa (Pty) Ltd due to it being placed under voluntary business
       rescue.

Shareholders are advised that the company is in the process of finalising its results for
the period concerned and it is expected that these results will be released on SENS
on or about 22 November 2019.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by the company’s auditors.
