VOLUNTARY INVESTOR UPDATE – AFFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS GUIDANCE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement by Dipula Income Fund Limited (“Dipula”) of its interim results for the six
months ended 28 February 2019 (released on Wednesday, 22 May 2019) in which Dipula revised its dividend per share
forecast for the year ending 31 August 2019 down from 93,37 to 85,07 cents per Dipula B share.
Arrowhead owns 45 581 241 Dipula B shares and the reduction in Dipula’s forecast dividend per share amounts to
approximately 0,361c per Arrowhead share, which will have no material impact on the guidance given by Arrowhead (in its
announcement released on 6 May 2019) that its dividend per share for the year ending 30 September 2019 is expected to be
approximately 56 cents per share (excluding any contribution from Rebosis).
The information on which this update has been based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company’s auditors.
Arrowhead’s results for the six months ended 31 March 2019 will be announced on SENS on 29 May 2019.
