Trading statement for the six-month period ended 31 December 2018

This voluntary trading statement is issued in terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i)
of the JSE Listings Requirements.

Super Group is scheduled to release its financial results for the six months
ended 31 December 2018 on or about 25 February 2019.

Notwithstanding the difficult South African and Australian economic
environments and despite regulatory issues in the European vehicle market,
Super Group has seen an increase in sales volumes in a number of its
businesses.

Shareholders are advised that Super Group is expecting to report an increase
in trading performance for the six months ended 31 December 2018 as outlined
below.
