POSTPONEMENT OF THE PROPOSED LISTING ON THE NASDAQ AND INWARD LISTING
ON THE JSE


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released by the Company on 31 October
2018 wherein the Company advised that the it had received approval from the South African Reserve
Bank to pursue a listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) with a secondary inward listing
on the JSE Limited (“JSE”) (the “Proposed Listing”).

Whilst the rationale for the Proposed Listing remains sound, the board of directors and management
of the Company have decided to postpone the Proposed Listing due to the prevailing market
conditions in both the United States and South Africa. Market conditions for the Proposed Listing will
be reassessed in the second half of 2019 and further communication will be provided to shareholders
in due course.
