CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Hannes van Eeden has
been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and executive director of the Company, with effect
from 14 January 2019.

Mr van Eeden is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is an experienced CFO with a strong
track record in implementing financial best practice and systems at companies such as Strate
and Mix Telematics.

Dylan Pienaar, who assumed the role of acting Chief Financial Officer on 31 May 2018 will
move into the role of Chief Operating Officer with effect from 14 January 2019.

Taste welcomes Mr van Eeden and looks forward to his contributions to the business.
