SPECIAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BHP SHARE INSTALMENT

BHP GROUP PLC (BHP) shares, the holders of BILSTA share instalments will receive
a special BHP GROUP PLC (BHP) dividend per Instalment.
