TRADING STATEMENT


In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement
as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ
by more than 20% from the previous corresponding period.

Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the year ended 28 February 2017 by management has
indicated that the loss per share and headline loss per share is 1.96 cents, reflecting a decrease in the loss of
36.8%, compared to the loss per share and headline loss per share of 3.10 cents for the year ended
29 February 2016.


The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed by TCS’ auditors.
TCS’ financial results for the year ended 28 February 2017 are expected to be released on SENS on or about
21 December 2018.
