Naspers STUB has been extended to 16 July 2019 from 15 January 2019, and the
JSE Long Name has been amended to DB STUBNPAZ 16JUL2019 from
DB STUBNPAZ 15JAN2019.

Holders of Naspers STUB certificates are further advised that the Collateral
Amount, as defined in the Programme Memorandum and General Product
Conditions, has been amended from ZAR 2,100.00 to ZAR 2,400.00.

These changes are in accordance with the Programme Memorandum and General
Product Conditions.
