Redemption of AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 18 December, redeemed 150 000 AfricaPalladium
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 1,471.807 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 15 650 000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 163,129.374 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
