FINALISATION OF FAIRNESS OPINION - SMALL RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 4 December 2018, which SENS announcement
detailed a small related party transaction (the "transaction") entered into between City Property Administration
Proprietary Limited and Octodec, and the appointment of BDO Corporate Finance Proprietary Limited ("BDO") with
regard to the provision of a fairness opinion in relation to the transaction.

BDO has concluded that the terms of the transaction are fair as far as the shareholders of Octodec are concerned, and a
copy of its fairness opinion in this regard has been provided to the JSE. As required in terms of paragraph 10.7(c) of
the JSE Listings Requirements, the fairness opinion will lie open for inspection at the registered office of Octodec, CPA
House, 101 Du Toit Street, Pretoria, for a period of 28 days from the date of this announcement.
