Changes to Board Committees

Shareholders are informed of the following changes to the MMI Holdings Board
Committees:
•   Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee (“SETC”): Mr KC Shubane is
    currently a member of the SETC and has taken over as Chairman of the
    Committee with effect from 26 November 2018, as a consequence of Mr SA
    Muller’s retirement from the Board of MMI, as announced on 29 November
    2018.
•   Audit Committee: Mr SA Muller has retired from the Committee with effect
    from 26 November 2018. The remaining members of the committee are Mr FJT
    Truter (Chairman), Ms F Daniels and Mr L von Zeuner.
•   Risk, Capital and Compliance Committee: Appointment of Mr D Park as a
    non-director member on the Committee with effect from 1 August 2018.
•   The Nominations Committee has approved the establishment of a new MMI
    governance Committee to serve as an Investments Committee. Mr V Nkonyeni
    will serve as the Chairman of such Committee. The Committee will assist
    the board in the review, approval and oversight of acquisitions,
    disposals, additional investments and new initiatives.
