APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Anthony Edward Rupert has been appointed as a non-executive
director of Remgro with effect from the close of business on
29 November 2018.

Mr Rupert is currently a non-executive director of Compagnie
Financiere Richemont SA and a member of its Strategic Security and
Nominations Committee. He has valuable insight into changing
consumer behaviour in digital marketing and web-based commerce.
