RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

(“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Francois Smit has resigned as an independent non-
executive director with immediate effect.

The Board thanks Francois for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
