CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are advised that CIS Company Secretaries Proprietary Limited ("CIS") has resigned as company secretary
with effect from 1 December 2018 and that Lindie Lankalebalelo has been appointed as the company secretary of Ellies
with effect from the same day. Lindie holds an LLB degree, is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and
has 14 years’ experience in the legal field. She has been a director of Langalibalele & Associates Inc since July 2018
and was also seconded to the Auditor-General of South Africa, Johannesburg Roads Agency, National Health Laboratory
Service and the Q(h)ubeka as group legal counsel during her time with Langalibalele & Associates Inc.

The Ellies board of directors would like to thank the previous company secretary, CIS, for their 
contribution to Ellies and welcomes Lindie to the company.
