AG (the "Programme") in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of the
Certificates set forth in the Information Memorandum dated 10 December 2013
relating to the Programme, and as supplemented by the JSE Placement
Document dated 08 February 2016 for the Issuance of South African
Securities up to an authorised amount of ZAR 14 000 000 000.
