WHL BOARD - SUCCESSION AND NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGES
As part of the WHL Board succession planning process, Hubert Brody has been appointed
as deputy chairman of the Board with effect from Monday, 12 November 2018.
Simon Susman (chairman of the Board) and Tom Boardman (lead independent director) will
step down from their respective positions with effect from the conclusion of the 2019 WHL
Annual General Meeting, each having respectively served a nine year term.
It is anticipated that the Board will appoint Hubert as chairman of the Board and
Zarina Bassa as the lead independent director with effect from the conclusion of the 2019
WHL Annual General Meeting.
Simon will become Honorary President upon conclusion of the 2019 WHL Annual General
Meeting, following his stepping down as a director. He will provide support and advice
to the Board and continue his deep association with the Group by devoting his time to the
continued advancement of WHL's participation in civil and corporate society.
