CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the Sasfin board of directors
(“Board”) as set out below.

   •   Michael Sassoon, the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Sasfin will additionally
       assume the position of CEO of Sasfin Bank Limited with effect from 1 January
       2019.

   •   Roland Sassoon will retire as CEO of Sasfin Bank Ltd and from all other
       executive positions within Sasfin with effect from 31 December 2018.

   •   Roland will also step down as a director of Sasfin for a period of twelve months
       as a cooling off period in compliance with applicable banking regulations.

   •   It is envisaged that Roland will take up an appointment as a non-executive
       director from 1 January 2020.

The Board thanks Roland for his outstanding work in transforming the group from a
small family textile trading business to the Sasfin of today, and for his continued work
for the Sasfin group. The Board also wishes Michael well in his new role.
