GENERAL MEETING – ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION

Shareholders are referred to the general meeting which is convened to be held on
Wednesday, 31 October 2018 at 18h30 at the Samaj Centre, Balu Parker Boulevard, Athlone,
Cape Town (“General Meeting”).

Shareholders are advised that the shareholders of GPI and their proxies may participate in
the General Meeting by way of telephone conference call. The dial-in details for the telephone
conference call are as follows:

Shareholders who wish to participate in the General Meeting via the teleconference facility
(“Participant”) must note that they will not be able to vote through the teleconference facility.
Participants who wish to have their votes counted at the General Meeting must vote in
accordance with the procedure set out in the notice of General Meeting.

The telecommunication line is provided by a third party. GPI will not be held responsible for
any loss, injury, damage, penalty or claim arising in any way from the use or possession of
the telecommunication lines, whether or not the problem is caused by an act or omission on
the part of the Participant or anyone else. In particular, but not exclusively, the Participant will
have no claim against GPI, whether for consequential damages or otherwise, arising from the
use of the telecommunication lines or any defect in it or from total or partial failure of the
telecommunication lines and connections linking the telecommunication lines to the General
Meeting.
