ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING DISPOSAL TO TEXTON PROPERTY FUND LIMITED

Shareholders are referred to the company's unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the 6 months
ended 31 August 2018, which was published on SENS on 11 October 2018. As detailed in section 4.11 of the
commentary on the results, the company concluded legal agreements for the sale of four non-core assets to
Texton Property Fund Limited ("Texton"). Shareholders are advised that this transaction with Texton has
been cancelled by the company as a result of Texton breaching certain material terms of the legal agreements.
