Shareholders are hereby advised that, in addition to all conditions having been fulfilled, transfer of the Properties into the name of the Purchaser has taken place. This disposal will reduce the Company’s loan to value ratio, and is in line with the road map outlined in the interim results announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 8 May 2018. This transaction is the first of a few planned disposals that will reduce the Company’s office exposure to that of a retail focused fund.
