Correction announcement Group Five Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1969/000032/06) Share code: GRF ISIN: ZAE 000027405 ("Group Five" or "the company" or "the group") CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT Shareholders are referred to Group Five’s audited group results for the year ended 30 June 2018 released on SENS on Tuesday, 2 October 2018 (the “Results Announcement”). In this regard, shareholders are referred to an error in the “Commentary section” of the Results Announcement under the heading “Non-current assets held for sale and discontinued operations” which should have read that the group will be reducing its stake in Intertoll Capital Partners B.V. from 50% to 10% and not 40% as stated in the Results Announcement. The paragraph should therefore have read as follows: “Subsequent to 30 June 2018, the Board approved a partial disposal of the group’s investment in service concessions assets in Eastern Europe, held through the group’s joint venture investment with Aberdeen in Intertoll Capital Partners B.V. The group expects to reduce its current 50% investment to 10%. This partial disposal relates to the investment in service concessions assets only and not its operations and maintenance business. The proceeds from this disposal will be utilised to settle the group’s short-term bridge funding. The transaction is subject to shareholder approval. This will reduce the group’s current liabilities significantly and will substantially improve its liquidity.” 3 October 2018 Sponsor Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking Date: 03/10/2018 12:00:00 Produced by the JSE SENS Department.
