PUBLICATION OF AUDITED SUMMARISED CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2018

Shareholders and bondholders ("security holders") are referred to the preliminary audited summarised
consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 ("preliminary audited results") which
were published on SENS on 21 August 2018 and are advised that the audited summarised consolidated
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 have been published and are available on
Fortress's website:

18.pdf.

The audited summarised consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 contain
no changes from the preliminary audited results published on SENS and in the press.

Security holders are further advised that the annual integrated report containing the audited annual 
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 and the notice of annual general meeting is anticipated to 
be posted on or about 29 October 2018 and a further announcement will be released on the publication of the
annual integrated report.
