Shareholders are advised that the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) and Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) has lifted the trading halt in the shares of the Company with immediate effect. The reason for the halt was in order for the Company to provide clarification to the market in respect of the announcement released on Friday, 21 September 2018, with regards to the delay in publication of the financial results for the year ended 30 June 2018. The company provided the necessary clarification as requested and released a further announcement regarding the delay in publication of financial results for the year ended 30 June 2018, trading statement and cautionary announcement. Following the release of the required information, the halt was lifted. Given the matters referred to in this announcement, the update and the announcement of 21 September 2018, the Company still advises shareholders to exercise caution in the trading of the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
