The Wesizwe board of directors therefore wishes to advise shareholders that the Company expects to report basic loss per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the 6 months ended 30 June 2018 of between 0.80 cents and 1.04 cents per share, being between 168% and 188% lower, compared to basic earnings per share of 1.17 cents per share for the previous comparable period. The Company expects to report headline loss per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the 6 months ended 30 June 2018 of between 0.80 cents and 1.03 cents per share, being between 108% and 111% lower, compared to headline earnings per share of 9.74 cents per share for the previous comparable period The financial information included in this trading statement has not been reviewed and reported on by the Company’s external auditors.
