APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that
Ms Nomonde Bam, has been appointed by the Board of Directors
as the Company Secretary of ArcelorMittal South Africa, with
effect from the 1 November 2018.


Ms Bam (LLB) is an admitted attorney of the High Court of
South Africa and joined ArcelorMittal South Africa as Legal
Counsel in its Legal Department in 2013, and served as Company
Secretary of ArcelorMittal South Africa from 1 August 2015
until 1 November 2017 when she resigned.


PremCorp Consulting Services Pty Ltd, who acted as Interim
Company Secretary pending the appointment of a permanent
Company Secretary, will accordingly step down as Interim
Company Secretary.


The Board wishes Ms Bam all the best in her new position and
looks forward to her contribution in this role.
