CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Sam Mokorosi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the
board of directors of Arrowhead ("board"), with immediate effect and will serve on the Audit and Risk
Committee, Investment Committee and Social and Ethics Committee

Sam, BCom (Honours in Economics) is the CEO of Vunani Corporate Finance. He is a seasoned financial services
executive, with over 15 years' experience in property finance, the bond market, corporate finance and private
equity. He has successfully executed corporate finance and private equity transactions worth more than
R35 billion. He has worked at Standard Bank, Quartile Capital, IHS Investments and Cadiz Corporate Solutions.
He sits on the boards of the Johannesburg Housing Company ("JHC") and Makhulong A Matala Community
Development Services NPC (a subsidiary of JHC).

The board welcomes Sam and looks forward to his contribution to the company.
