ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE CANCELLATION OF THE ACQUISITION OF STANDS 3059, 3080
AND RE OF 3087, EASTERN CAPE (“EC PROPERTY”)


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 20 March 2018 and are
hereby advised that the Company is no longer proceeding with the acquisition of the
EC Property as detailed below:
