APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SUPER
GROUP

Super Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr
Oyama Andrew Mabandla to the Board as an Independent Non-
Executive Director with effect from 01 September 2018.

Mr Mabandla is the executive chairman of the Langa Group.
He has previously held non-executive board positions at
Vodacom, Consol Glass and the Mvela Group. He was a senior
executive at SAA.

A recipient of various academic awards, Mr Mabandla is an
Advocate and a former member of the Johannesburg Bar. He
has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the
University of California, San Diego and a Juris Doctorate
from Columbia University School of Law, New York.

The Board congratulates him on his appointment and wishes
him every success.
