EXTENSION OF DISTRIBUTION DATE OF NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on Tuesday,
28 August 2018 in terms of which the Company confirmed that the demand to call a general
meeting of shareholders (“General Meeting”) received by the Company in terms of section
61(3) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Demand”), is valid and that the Company will
convene a General Meeting.

Shareholders are further advised that the JSE extended the 10 business day period within
which the Company is required to distribute the notice of General Meeting to shareholders in
terms of paragraph 3.94(i) of the JSE Listings Requirements to 30 business days from the
date on which the Demand was confirmed to be valid.

The rationale for the 30 business day extension is to allow the Company to liaise with the
Gambling Authorities to determine whether there are any eligibility requirements or
qualifications that the proposed directors need to satisfy in order to be appointed as a director
of the Company.

Accordingly, the notice of General Meeting will be distributed to shareholders by no later than
Wednesday, 10 October 2018.
