FURTHER RETIREMENT OF A DIRECTOR


The board of directors of Wilderness (“the Board”) announces that Mr Roux Marnitz has,
in accordance with the Company’s constitution, retired as a director by rotation with
effect from 30 August 2018. Mr Marnitz elected not to offer himself for re-election after
an extended period of service to the Board, commencing on the Company’s listing in
2010.

Mr Marnitz served as Lead Independent Director and was also a member of the Risk and
Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. He was also Chairman of
the Safety Review Board. The Board thanks Mr Marnitz for his leadership, long service and
counsel and wishes him everything of the best for the future.

The Company’s primary listing is on the Botswana Stock Exchange and its secondary
listing is on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
