Shareholders are advised that the annual report, incorporating the Notice of Annual General
Meeting (“AGM”) and the Form of Proxy (“proxy form”) of Niveus Investments Limited (“the
Company”) was posted to shareholders on 31 July 2018.

The address details on the heading of the proxy form is incorrect. The AGM is to be held at
08:00 at the offices of Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited, Suite 801, 76 Regent Road,
Sea Point, 8005 on Monday, 22 October 2018.
