REQUEST FOR INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION FROM INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS


Shareholders are advised that the Company has received a request from several institutional investors, some of 
whom hold Fortress shares, to commission an independent investigation into allegations made against the Company, 
its directors and shareholders. The Fortress board is considering the request and will respond in due course.
