Basil Read is pleased to announce the appointment Noxolo Loate as acting Company Secretary, until a permanent appointment is made. Noxolo is currently the assistant company secretary of the Company. She holds a B. Com Finance from the University of Western Cape and is a Chartered Secretary. The board of directors welcomes Noxolo to her new role.
