COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION OF AN ‘A’ GRADE CORPORATE RESIDENTIAL
ESTATE LEASED TO EMBASSY AND MULTINATIONAL OIL COMPANY

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on 13 April 2018
(“Announcement”) regarding the acquisition by the Company of an effective interest of 80.1%
in Cognis 1 Limitada, incorporated in Mozambique, being the sole owner of an ‘A’ grade
corporate residential complex known as Acacia Estate, located in Zone 5 A/B, Area da Costa
do Sol, Maputo in Rua do Rio Inhamiara Road, Mozambique (“Property”) and the
corresponding rental enterprise conducted on the Property as a going concern
(“Acquisition”).

As indicated in the Announcement and the prospectus published by the Company on 18 July
2018, the Acquisition was subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.

Shareholders are hereby advised that all the conditions precedent have been fulfilled and the
Acquisition has, accordingly, been completed.
