NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITORS


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 4 May 2018 and are advised that,
following the completion of the formal tender process, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. together with Mr John
Bennett as the designated audit partner, has been selected to replace KPMG Inc. ("KPMG") as auditors.

The audit services of KPMG will terminate on completion of their statutory commitments for Redefine's
2018 financial year, which is expected to be on or around 30 November 2018.
