LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AMI REAL ESTATE EX-SA SECURITIES

AMI Real Estate ex-SA has issued and listed an additional 2 000
securities with effect from the commencement of business today, at
an issue price of approximately R44.50 per security. Following the
listing of the 2 000 securities, there will be 22 933 AMI Real
Estate ex-SA securities in issue.
