APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR


The Board of directors of SOH is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Morris
Kenneth Zack (“Morris”) as a director and Chief Financial Officer of SOH with effect
from 7 August 2018.

Morris has broad experience in finance management having led finance teams for
large multinationals across the IT, FMCG, manufacturing and automotive sectors.

The Board welcomes Morris to SOH and looks forward to working with him.
