RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of Ingenuity held today, Friday, 3 August 2018
(“General Meeting”), the ordinary resolution as set out in the notice of general meeting announced on
SENS on Thursday, 5 July 2018, was passed by the requisite majorities. The number of ordinary shares
in the issued share capital of Ingenuity (“Shares”) present and the outcome of the voting are set out 
as follows:

Shareholders holding 1 056 286 241 Shares were present in person or represented by proxy. This
represented 90.36% of the issued Shares of Ingenuity that were eligible to vote at the General Meeting.

Ordinary resolution number 1 – Approval of the the proposed disposal by Ingenuity of five properties to 
Sanlam Life Insurance Limited (“the Transaction”)

Transaction status
All conditions precedent in terms of the Transaction have now been met and the registration of transfer
of the properties is expected to be on or about 1 September 2018.
