Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Annual Report in respect of the year ended
28 February 2018 (“Report”) has been distributed to shareholders. The Report is available on the
Company’s website, http://minerestoration.co.za/shareholders/.

Neither the audited annual financial statements nor the audit report contain any modifications to
the provisional audited financial results for the year ended 28 February 2018, which were released
on SENS on 20 June 2018.


Notice of the Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders will be held in the
boardroom of 51 West Street, Houghton at 14:00 on 29 August 2018 (the “AGM”), to transact the
business as set out in the notice. The salient dates relevant to the AGM are set out below:
