This follows the SENS release on 26 June 2018 of Wescoal’s summarised audited consolidated results
for the financial year ending 31 March 2018 (“summarised results”). The annual financial statements
forming part of the Integrated Annual Report contain no material modifications to the summarised
results and there were no changes to the auditor’s report referred to in the summarised results.
Annual General Meeting
The notice of Annual General Meeting will be distributed to shareholders separately and a further
announcement will be released on SENS setting out full details of the Annual General Meeting.
