Shareholders are hereby advised that Afdawn’s annual report, containing the audited group financial
statements for the year ended 28 February 2018, was dispatched to shareholders today, 31 July 2018, and
contains no modifications to the provisional reviewed results which were announced on SENS on 29 June

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Afdawn will be held at 10h00 on Tuesday, 4
September 2018, at the offices of Statucor, 6TH Floor, 119-123 Hertzog Boulevard, Foreshore, Cape Town, to
transact the business as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the Annual Report.

The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to attend and
vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 24 August 2018, with the last day to trade being Tuesday, 21
August 2018.
