Shareholders are advised that Tharisa is in the process of preparing the circular regarding the acquisition including a notice of a general meeting at which shareholders will consider and vote on the acquisition. Tharisa has applied for, and the JSE has granted, an extension of the 60 day rule pursuant to paragraph 9.20(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements to mail the circular to shareholders by 16 August 2018.
