CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the board of directors of Metrofile Holdings is pleased to
advise shareholders that:

- Ms Phumzile Langeni is appointed as Lead Independent Director with
  immediate effect;
- Mr Zaheer Abdulla, BSc (Actuarial Science), has been appointed as a
  Non-Executive Director of Metrofile Holdings with effect from
  15 September 2018 in place of Mrs Cynthia Pongweni who will resign
  from the Board, effective 15 September 2018.

Mr Zaheer Abdulla is currently an investment manager with Mineworkers
Investment Company (RF) Proprietary Limited (MIC), the major shareholder
of Metrofile Holdings, with 9 years corporate finance and investment
management experience and serves on the boards of Tracker, General Electric
Southern Africa Technologies and Multiknit.

The Board, Metrofile Holdings Executive Committee and management would
like to thank Mrs Pongweni for her significant contribution to the
Metrofile Holdings business over the past 9 years.
