RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that a quorum could not be obtained at the annual general
meeting of Brikor held on 6 July 2018. According to the Company’s Memorandum of
Incorporation, another general meeting must be held within 7 days, should a quorum
not be obtained. Accordingly, the annual general meeting is rescheduled to Friday,
13 July 2018 at 10:00, to be held at the company’s offices in Nigel.
