POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
1. Posting of circular and notice of general meeting
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE
Limited (“JSE”) and on the website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) on 24 April 2018, and are hereby
advised that Greenbay has today posted a circular to its shareholders (the “circular”) relating to the related party
acquisition of the 50% of Locaviseu-Sociedade de Gestão de Imóveis, S.A. which it does not already own (the
“acquisition”), an amendment to the constitution of the Company and the transfer of stated capital to non-distributable
reserves.
The circular also contains a notice convening a general meeting of Greenbay shareholders to be held at 12:00 Mauritian
time (10:00 South African time) on Thursday, 2 August 2018 at the Company’s registered office, being at C401, 4th
Floor, La Croisette, Grand Baie, Mauritius, for the purpose of considering, and if deemed fit, passing with or without
modification, the resolutions required to approve, inter alia, the acquisition, the amendment to the constitution of the
Company and the transfer of stated capital to non-distributable reserves.
Copies of the circular are available on the Company’s website at www.greenbayprop.mu and may also be obtained from
the offices of the company secretary, Intercontinental Trust Limited, Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene
72201, Mauritius and the Company’s South African transfer secretaries, Link Market Services, 13th Floor, 19 Ameshoff
Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, South Africa during normal business hours from Thursday, 5 July 2018 until
Thursday, 2 August 2018.
