RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mrs AT Nzimande has resigned as an independent non-executive director from the board
of directors of Hulamin (“the Board”), with effect from 30 June 2018.

The Board would like to thank Mrs Nzimande for her valuable contribution to the Company and wishes
her well in her future endeavours.
